New Russian sea cadet school established at Vladivostok and Nikolajev according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1904 no. 2

An item reported that at Vladivostok and at Nikolajev [nowadays Ukraine] 2 schools for sea cadets were to be established. The cadets were educated during a period of 7 years. The school at Vladivostok was mainly working for the East Asia Fleet and the school at Nikolajev in behalf of the Black Sea Fleet.
