An item reported that the Russian navy ordered the Newsky Shipyard, St. Petersburg, Russia to built 10-350 tons destroyers which were to sent disassembled with the Siberian railway towards Port Arthur. For each such vessel were 2 trains consisting each of 20 wagons needed. With the train were also 3.000 labourers sent towards Port Arthur to assemble there the destroyers and for repairing damaged ships.
