An item reported the sighting on 11
December 1951 of 7 motor junks and 3 Chinese Communist (1) gunboats in the
Ch’umen area (121-17, 281-5) probably preparing an attack of the Chinese
Nationalist (2) held Pishan Island (121-30, 28-06). Their armament consisted of
1 anti tank gun, a second gun and a heavy machinegun. At Wuniu, Loch;ing area
(120-57, 2808) were another 37 Chinese Communist motor junks sighted.
