Launched at the Rijkswerf Willemsoord, Netherlands as the Y 8016-Bambi for the Royal Netherlands Navy on 13 May 1953 and commissioned in 1953. Dimensions 16,58 x 4,63 x 1,90 (original)-2,40 (nowadays) metres and a displacement of 34 tons. In naval serve numbered her crew 4 men, Fitted out with 1-240hp 4 KL Bolnes engine. In 1990 as the Y 8016 handed over to the Dienst Domeinen, The Hague, Netherlands and sold a private owner and renamed Bambi. At the navy yard used as fire fighting vessel and tug.
