Russian ocean going steam tug Kommunist sighted at Odessa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Odessa, Ukraine was sighted the Russian ocean going steam tug Kommunist of 500 tons and moored in berth No. 18. She was described as being not very old and with a black painted hull and a white superstructure.
