Russian steam tug Karagel sighted at Odesa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 13 March 1956

An item reported that at Odessa, Ukraine was sighted the Russian modern steam tug Karagel of around 350 tons and fitted out with a moveable-antenna RDF. The hull was black and the superstructure white painted.
