An item reported that the offices of the civilian and military personnel of the Bulgarian Technical Directorate of the Naval Workshops were located on the 3-6h floors of a building on the National Theater square at Varna. The first two floors of this building were used by the National Bank. The directorate was responsible to the Directorate in No. 2 Levski Street, Slovia. Director general Dimitur Slavov who was an engineer of profession had been in jail for the last two months for undefined political reasons. He was well known with Varna where he was employed for around 25 years on the former Varna Shipyard Directorate.
