Russian inland tug Taman active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item reported that the one of the most important Russian tugs active on the Danube was the Taman, former German property, built in 1942, with a displacement of 150 tons, 2 oil fuelled engines of 600hp, active between Turnu Severin, Romania and Braila and with as master the Greek-Romanian Sotirios Bogiatzis.
