An item reported that the Romanian protected cruiser Elisabeta was rearmed and her armament consisted of 4-12cm quick firing guns, 4-7,5cm L/50 quick firing guns, 2 Hotchkiss machineguns and 2 torpedo tube. The guns on the deck were protected by gun shields.(1)
