British destroyer HMS Foxhound (H69) according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1910 No. 3

An item reported that the British turbine driven destroyer Foxhound was launched on 11 December by John Brown at the Clyde. Displacement 860 tons and with a horsepower of 12.000ehp was the design speed 27 knots. The armament was to consist of 5-7,6cm quick firing guns and 2 torpedo tubes.(1)

1. Part of the Beagle-class destroyers, preceded by Tribal-class and succeeded by Acorn-class. Laid down by John Brown and Company, Clydebank, Scotland on 1 April 1909, launched on 11 December 1909, completed in September 1910 and sold on 1 November 1921 to be broken up.
