The fleet of the Romanian Danube Maritime Commission according to a CIA report dated 4 October 1951

An item reported that the fleet of the Romanian Danube Maritime Commission (Directiunca Dunarei Maritime) consisted of the dredgers Karl Kuhl, Dimitri Sturza and Baldwin, the sea-going barges Kilia and Sfantu Gheorge, the tugs Sulina and Dionisua, pilot boats Randunica and Magnus, buoy tender Concordia, motor river boats Samovar, Pescarus, Angelo and Arhangel and finally an anonymous yacht used by the commission members. The three dredgers departed in August 1950 Mangalia to dredge the man channel between the Black Sea and Lake Mangalia.
