The Soviet Nikolayev Shipyard Nosenko 444 according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the secured and rail-served Soviet Nikolayev Shipyard Nosenko 444 with as geographic coordinates 46.56.45 north and 31.58.50 east and located in the south part of Nikolayev, Ukraine on the east bank of the Bug used of building helicopter carriers (1), Ugra AS (2), Lama AEM (3), Perekop/Poltava merchant ships (4) and Mayakovskiy fish factory ships.(5) The shipyard possessed 3 end-launch building slipways, 1 covered building slipway, 4 floating cranes, 12 cranes for the slipways and anther 12 for the fitting-out areas, s4 piers, 4 quays, 1 floating dock and 4 fabrication, 2 assembly, 3 foundry, 9 shop and 90 support buildings.

Notes
1. The Moskva-class 14.950 (standard)-17.500 (full load) tons helicopter carriers, consisting of the Moskva and Leningrad while the Kiev was cancelled in 1969, succeeded by the Kiev-class and which served between 1967-1991.
2. Ugra-class submarine tenders or Project 1886, operated by the Soviet, Russian and Indian navies, preceded by the Don-class of which totally 10 were built.
3. The Lama-class or Project 323. Totall7 built, as floating missile technical base (projects 323/323A/323B/2001, floating base (Project 1798) and seagoing ammunition transport (Project 323V)
4. Poltava-class 12.500 deadweight carriers.
5. Mayakovsky-class fishing freezer trawlers.
