Naval Shipyards at Fiume completing a destroyer according to a CIA report dated 25 February 1947

An item reported that during a meeting of the board of the Naval Shipyards at Fiume, Yugoslavia [nowadays Rijeka, Croatia] om 28 November 1946 was decided to complete as soon as possible the 600 tons destroyer of which under Italian control the building begun. The hull was already completed and the needed engines purchased in Italy.
