Built at Amsterdam, Netherlands as the pinnace Duif or Duifje in 1594 with a cargo capacity of 25 last=50 tons. Part of the fleet of the Compagnie van Verre commanded by Cornelis de Houtman which made a voyage to the Dutch East Indies in 1595-1597 and part of the so-called Second Expedition between 1 May 1598-19 July 1559 of the Oude Compagnie. In 1559 again towards the Dutch East Indies where she in 1602 still was active.
