According to a list dated March-April 1944 was the cargo barge Gironde part of the fleet of the Dnjepr-Küsten-Schiffahrt GmbH (D.K.S.), France-flagged, dimensions 73,10 x 11,00 x 2,63 metres and cargo capacity 1.567 tons.
