Rearmament of Danish coastal defence ship Niels Juel according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1914-1915 no.5

An item reported that the Danish coastal defence ship Niels Juel was to be fitted out with 2x1-30,5cm in gun turrets in stead of 24cm guns.(1)

Note 

Laid down by Orlogsvaerftet, Copenhagen, Denmark on 21 September 1914, launched on 3 July 1918, commissioned on 23 May 1923, grounded and captured by German forces on 29 August 1943, refloated in October 1933, commissioned in the Kriegsmarine as Nordland, stricken on 3 May 1945 and sold to be broken up in 1953. In 1920 was her new design approved and became her main armament 10x1-15cm/5.9” guns.
