Dimensions 455.3 (over all) x 62.0 (molded) x 38.0 (molded depth) x 28.6 (load draught molded) feet, deadweight 10,800 tons, gross tonnage 7,600 tons, net tonnage 4,600 tons and bale cubic capacity 453,000 cubic feet. The amidships located turbine propulsion with normal horsepower of 8,500 shp a speed of 17 knots.
