Soviets handing over warships to Turkish Nationals according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 43 dated 29 October 1921

An item referred to the final decision that the warships handed over by the Soviet government to the Nationalists in Turkey could not be seized by the Allies so orders were give to take no action against these warships.
