Warning for approaching Russian Black Sea littoral according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 5 dated 5 February 1921

An item reported that the Russian Soviet Government issued a W/T warning that ships which approached the Russian littoral in the Black Sea within 12 miles were doing that at their own risk.
