British squadron captured French slaver l’Orphée of the African coast according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 2 December 1825

London, 26 November. The British squadron active off the African coast captured the French slaver l’Orphée destined towards Martinique with 700 negro-slaves on board all heavily chained and in a worse condition.
