Cuban ports closed for Austrian, Russian and Prussian ships according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 19 June 1823

London, 14 June. According to letters from Havana, Cuba dated 8 May closed the Spanish government the harbours of Cuba for all Austrian, Prussian and Russian ships as ordered 5 March by Madrid, Spain.
