The steamboat Drusus of the Rijn- en IJssel-stoombootmaatschappij according tot he Nederlandsche Staatscourant in 1838

5 September 1838. The Hague, 4 September. The newspaper of Dusseldorf dated 1 September published a news item dealing with the arrival of the evening the day before of the steamboat Drusus of the Rijn- en IJssel-stoomboot-maatschappij. Her dimensions were 140' x 18' (maximum), completely or iron-built and fitted out with a 60 hp engine. She was destined for the service Kampen, Dusseldorf and Keulen. At Kampen she was replaced by the newly built Admiraal van Kinsbergen, which sailed between Kampen and Amsterdam making a regular service between Amsterdam, Dusseldorf and Keulen possible.

6 September 1838. The Hague, 5 September. The Drusus arrived after a successful trial 1 September at Keulen.
