London, 6 July. The 28-gun Athol arrived Friday at Portsmouth coming from Quebec while transporting the count of Dalhousie governor general of North America. After the landing of Dalhousie the Athol went straight on to Leith to bring his spouse and company back. The ship departed from Quebec 6 June.(1)
