The improvements at the naval facilities at Nicolajeff, Russia according to the Dutch Nederlandsche Staatscourant of 2 July 1827

According to the news item the naval facilities at Nicolajeff were successfully improved, something of great importance for the Black Sea Fleet. A steam mud mill was with success used and so men became able in to bring the following ships to the Bug, namely in 1822 the 44-gun frigate Alerte, 1825 the 74-gun ships Parmen and Panteleimon and this year the 110-gun Paris.
