Dutch merchant clipper brig ship Duodecima bought by De Groot Roelants&Co of Schiedam according to the Dutch newspaper Schiedamsche Courant dated Monday 16 January 1865

Schiedam, 14 January. By the company of De Groot Roelants&Co was the clipper brig ship bought still on stocks at the yard of shipbuilder J. Pot of Slikkerveer. She was baptized Duodecima and destined for the Chinese coastal trading.
