Swedish corvette will be rebuilt as steam gunboat in 1857

For years was in the Netherlands a magazine published dealing with maritime affairs in the whole world, navy and merchant. The corvette still on stocks at the yard of Karlohansvarn was according to a Swedish newspaper to be rebuilt as a steam gunboat of 70 hp and armed with 2 long 60 pdr and 4-3pdr.
