British navy reorganized according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 8 January 1907

A news item dated London 7 January reported that according to the newspaper Daily Times the British navy was reorganized. The number of 33 battleships in actual service was to be reduced to 26 and the number of protected cruisers from 16 to 12. The result was that the British Channel fleet became weaker as the German North Sea fleet.
