The loss of the French corvette la Cornaline according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 17 March 1823

Paris, 12 March. A telegram reported the arrival of the British ship Queen Charlotte on 9 March at Brest with on board Lestre, the former commanding officer of the lost French corvette la Cornaline and a part of the survivors.(1)
