Odessa, 18 September. This evening brought a captain which left Constantinople the 15th the tiding that the Sultan ordered to call up all arms. Recently arrived at Odessa 30 vessels coming from Constantinople which port they left the 11th with on board several Greek families. According to tidings fought the combined Turkish-Egyptian-Algerian fleet with some success against the Greeks near Santorin and continued her voyage towards Morea.
