Patrol boat Haifeng for Manchukuo government according to the Dutch newspaper De tribune dated 15 June 1933

An item dated Kobe, Japan 13 June reported that a day earlier in the Kawasaki dock the patrol boat Haifeng was launched. She was the first of the six patrol boats ordered by the government of Manchukuo. With a displacement of 200 ton was her speed 13 knots and could in the winter used as an icebreaker.
