Turkish sultan visited naval arsenal at Constantinople according to the Dutch newspaper Bataafsche Staats Courant dated 3 March 1806

According to an item dated Constantinople 20 January visited the Sultan after the end of the Bairam feest on the 8th as usual the Arsenal and the navy yard where at the latter a 74-gun 3-decker, 3 frigates and some corvettes were on stocks.
