Sale of 1/16 part in Dutch whaler Petrus on a public auction on Monday 17 February 1766 in the Nieuwezyds Heeren Logement at Amsterdam

To be sold by the brokers F. Bontekoning, V. de Vries and J. Frenie one 1/16 part in the whaler Petrus and equipment, fluytship, with as last commandeur Dirk Adriaans, in 1742 newly fitted out, dimensions 113½”x 28’10” x 12’5” and height deck 7, lying at Amsterdam, destined for Greenland with 6-7 launches was to be sold with the fitting out to be paid by the buyer. Directors Widow Beukens and Nauta Beukens, ƒ 650+ƒ 8, buyer Jacob Fremie for his master.
