Results of the shipyard of Conrad at Haarlem in 1885 according to the Dutch newspaper Haarlem’s Dagblad dated 1 September 1886

For the yard was 1885 a good financial year. The existing harbours for anchoring and assembling/disassembling of the vessels were enlarged and more engines for manufacturing engine parts were acquired. There were 2 steam engines with a total power of 12 hp available and around a hundred labourers. Nearly everything what was manufactured had a destination abroad.
