Russian cabinet ordered building ships in Germany and France according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 11 December 1926

An item dated Berlin 10 December referred to the German newspaper Berliner Tag which reported that the Russian commission for buying or ordering ships abroad decided to order the building of ten ships in Germany and France. England received none orders due to the problems with the strike of mine workers there. France and Germany agreed to give Russia a long term credit.
