Russian government disapproved sailing merchant ships abroad according to the Dutch newspaper De Tribune dated 11 December 1917

An item dated London 10 December referred to a Russian telegram according to which the sale of Russian ships abroad was not allowed and that all sales since the outbreak of the war were void.
