Number of British new building of cruisers decreased according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 9 March 1906

An item dated London 8 March reported that undersecretary of navy Robertson during the discussion about the naval budget said that just the keels were to be laid down of three cruisers in stead of the four proposed in the program of 1905.
