Dutch tugs sold to the Soviet Union according to the Dutch newspaper De Banier dated 24 July 1940

An item reported that in the afternoon of the day before the Dutch tugs Avantie, the No. 15 while towing a sheerleg and the No. 16 while towing a floating crane left the Nieuwe Waterweg. The ships were bought by the Soviet Union in the Netherlands.
