An item reported that at the shipyard of Verschure&Co. in Amsterdam a crane pontoon was launched to be used for a floating crane with a lift capacity of 350 tons and destined for the Soviet Union.

The newspaper De Tijd dated 10 April 1941 reported that the pontoon had as dimensions 55 x 25 x 4,50 (hold medium). The crane would be able to left a load of 350 tons until a height of 35 metres and with a maximum flight of 22 metres from the front side of the pontoon. The edition dated the 9th reported that she was that day launched.
