Dominican gunboat Restauracion stranded according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 4 September 1899

An item dated San Domingo 31 August reported that the Dominican gunboat Restauracion was stranded at the rocks along the entrance of Punta Maxoris.(1)
