Dutch torpedo boat No. 3 ordered to be replaced by new one according to the Dutch newspaper De Tijd dated 19 December 1899

An item reported that the condemned torpedo boat No. 3 was to be replaced by a torpedo boat small model to be built at the navy yard at Amsterdam, Netherlands. She was to serve in the defence of the Zuiderfrontier.
