Trials of Dutch torpedo boat Idjen unsatisfactory according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 13 November 1889

An item reported that the newly built Dutch torpedo boat Idjen did not performed well during her trials. She was ordered to return to Amsterdam where the insufficient engineering was to be repaired.
