An item referred to a tiding that the Russian tsar gave the monarch of Montenegro a gunboat. The reporter wrote however that this tiding was false. The agreement of Berlin forbade that Montenegro kept own warships and further more were foreign warships not allowed to enter the harbour of Antivari. So it had be no more as a yacht.
