An item reported that the Dutch concern scheepswervengroep Rijn-Waal had reasonable chance to receive an order from the Libyan navy for six tugs with a value of several dozen millions of Dutch guilders. This concern consisted of the shipyards Arnhemsche Scheepsbouw Maatschappij, Bodewes Millingen a/d Rijn and De Waal Zaltbommel was specified in the Voith –Schneider design tugs which were very agile without to be feared for capsizing.
