Italian steam trawler Axel sold to the Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated 29 June 1929

An item dated Rotterdam 29 June reported that the Italian steam trawler Axel build in 1899 by the shipyard of Irvine’s Shipbuilding Company of Irvine was sold via mediation of ship broker Jacques Pierot Jr.&Zonen of Rotterdam to the firm Erenst&Weimar of IJmuiden.
