Design of Japanese torpedo boats improved according to the Dutrch magazine Marineblad 1935 no. 7

An item referred to the magazine M.R. [Marine Rundschau?] dated October 1935 which reported that the in 1934 capsized Japanese torpedo boat Tomotsoeroe was recommissioned and her lacking of sufficient stability improved. Two of the four torpedo tubes were removed. Of the other torpedo boats still on stocks was the measurement increased from 527 tot 595 tons and was the armament altered into 3 torpedo tubes and 3-12,7cm guns.
