French vedette boat Libellule still unfinished according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1903-1904 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Mittheilungen dated July 1903 reporting that the French vedette boat Libellule being built by Forges et Chantiers at Le Havre still was not delivered despite that she already 3 years earlier was to be completed.(1) The reason for this daily was unknown. She was to be fitted out with Laval turbines and Rénard-boilers.
