Russia building minesweepers according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 8

An item reported that the Russian firm Ijorski built 4 minesweepers with a speed of at least 12 miles. Op their yard were now minesweepers built of 150 ton with a specially designed stern. The Wsryw and Minrep were performing their trials. In Vladivostok were also minesweepers being built.
