Russian submarines built by Germania shipyard nearly completed according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1899-1900 no. 6

An item reported that on short notice the three Russian submarines built by the Germania shipyard would be ready for their trials. They were fitted out with petrol engines allowing a speed of 9 (submerged)-11 (surfaced) miles.
