The Finnish naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1924 no. 5

Record dated June 1924 no. 25 reporting that the Finnish Committee for Defence compiled a program including the building of 3-1.000 ton gunboats, 1 submarine chaser, 8 submarines and 40 MTB’s. The program was to be executed within 8 years, estimated costs 300.000.000 mark.
