Austrian submarine warfare according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Tilburgsche Courant dated 23 February 1915

An item dated London 22 February referred to the British newspaper Daily Chronicle reporting that at Geneva a telegram from Innsbruck stating that Austria despite she possessed just a small number of submarines intended to follow the German example meaning attacking neutral merchant shipping in the Adriatic Sea. Austria was still waiting for instructions of Berlin.
